This is a site that the Birmingham Business Alliance asked me to put together for a recent mayoral runoff debate. The goal of the site was to live stream video of the debate and allow people to ask questions and discuss the candidates via Facebook and Twitter. The timetable was also a challenge as the decision to create this site took place 16 days before the debate with the two week period including Christmas and New Years.
The end result was a site that echoed the style of the Birmingham Business Alliance, while bringing in two popular social media outlets and integrating live video.
